Corporate film and business video

Corporate drone film: show your site at its true scale

From the air, an industrial site, a construction project or a head office reads at its true size. Clients, candidates and tender panels take it in within seconds.

Photographed from the ground, a site always looks smaller than its actual footprint. A corporate drone film corrects that problem of scale. One flyover shows the site boundary, the layout of the buildings and the progress of construction works.

The footage is a working tool rather than decoration. Homepage, sales deck, tender file, annual report, recruitment or site monitoring. The brief therefore starts with where the footage will be published.

Two types of flight are often combined in the same shoot. A standard drone produces wide, steady moves suited to institutional communication. An FPV drone crosses a workshop, a warehouse or a production line in a single take.

Shooting and editing are included in the service. You receive a film ready to publish, not a set of rushes to assemble. If your agency handles the edit, it receives the rushes in the format requested. An NDA is signed before the first flight whenever the site requires one.

Uses for a corporate drone film

  • 01

    Site presentation

Head office, factory, warehouse or showroom: an aerial view establishes credibility from the first frame. Visitors see the location, the layout of the buildings and the production capacity.

  • 02

    Construction monitoring

Every flyover repeats the same viewpoints and the same altitudes. You obtain a reliable timeline for progress meetings and for end-of-project communication.

  • 03

    Recruitment

Candidates look at footage before they apply. An FPV shot through the workshop or the offices documents the real working environment.

  • 04

    Tender submissions

The contracting authority will not visit your past projects. Aerial footage attached to the file shows your references where the rest of the submission stays text.

  • 05

    Multi-channel communication

One shoot supplies the website, LinkedIn, trade fairs and sales presentations. The cost of filming is spread across all of those uses.

  • 06

    Support for your agency

When your agency produces the corporate film, DroneBXL shoots the aerial material only. The rushes are delivered in the format requested, for integration into its own edit.

What this changes for youAn aerial view renders distances, volumes and layout in a single frame. Viewers grasp in seconds what a paragraph describes poorly.

How a shoot works

  1. 1

    Brief and end use

Homepage, tender, recruitment, site monitoring or advertising: the end use sets the length, the pace and the style. It also determines the choice between standard drone, FPV or both.

  2. 2

    Recce and confidentiality

You identify the areas that must stay off camera, your production hours and your internal safety rules. The NDA is signed at this stage if your legal team requests one.

  3. 3

    Authorisations and flight slot

Skeyes authorisations are handled when the site lies in controlled airspace. The flight is coordinated with your safety officer, in the slot that disrupts operations least. If weather conditions are unfit to fly, the shoot is rescheduled at no cost.

  4. 4

    Filming, post-production, delivery

Filming on site, then editing and colour grading. You receive the edited video within 3 to 5 working days, with one revision included before the final version. On a tight deadline, a partner editor takes over the edit.

What this changes for youThe flight plan is written for a defined use before arrival on site. Time on location goes into the required shots, not into searching for angles.

Deliverables and turnaround

You receive the edited, colour-graded film as an MP4, ready to publish on your website and social channels. The aerial photographs are handed over on site. The video follows within 3 to 5 working days, with one revision included.

Commercial usage rights are included: website, presentations, trade fairs and advertising campaigns. The rushes can be delivered directly to your agency. The price depends on the number of sites, the type of flight and the number of versions. The quote is free, with no commitment, and reaches you within 24 hours.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about corporate drone film

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, before any filming, if your legal team requests one. Sensitive areas are agreed together and you approve the footage before publication.

Can my agency receive the rushes?

Yes, in the format it requires. DroneBXL can also deliver the complete film, from filming to post-production.

Does production have to stop during the shoot?

In most cases, no: the flight fits around your activity and your hours. If an area has to be cleared briefly, that is planned with your safety officer.

Can you monitor a construction site over several months?

Yes, with regular visits from the same viewpoints and the same altitudes. You compare progress frame by frame, in step with the construction schedule.
