Real estate drone in Brussels: show the plot, not just the façade
Buyers see the plot, the neighbourhood and the true size of the property before a viewing. Photos are handed over on site, at the end of the flight.
A listing is won or lost on the thumbnail. Shot from the pavement, a photo shows a façade and a stretch of hedge. Buyers cannot read the depth of the garden, the orientation or the immediate surroundings.
From above, the plot reads in a single frame: its boundaries, its aspect, the park down the road. Aerial photography records what no listing copy describes. For a villa, an FPV flight moves from outside to inside in one unbroken take.
House, villa, flat, building plot or off-plan scheme: every property has its angle. Agencies, developers, notaries, building managers and private sellers book the same flight. Allow 1 to 1.5 hours on site.
What an aerial view adds to your listing
- 01
An immediate read on the land
Plot size, boundaries, orientation, overlooking buildings: one aerial frame shows the lot. A garden, pool or outbuilding becomes a visible selling point.
- 02
The neighbourhood as an argument
A nearby park, a school, an open view: the surroundings often weigh as much as the brickwork. An aerial view makes them legible without a line of copy.
- 03
A thumbnail that stands apart
Listings on property portals look alike. An aerial photo holds attention and gives buyers a reason to open yours.
- 04
Flats and upper floors
For a flat, height shows the building, the floor, the terrace orientation and the view. No ground-level photo conveys them.
- 05
Off-plan schemes
On an off-plan project, a view of the site, its access and its orientation helps buyers picture the result. It complements the architect's 3D renders.
- 06
An hour and a half on site
Allow 1 to 1.5 hours on site, with no heavy equipment. You need neither to clear the property nor to block your day.
What this changes for youBuyers shortlist from thumbnails. An aerial view answers what a façade leaves open: size, orientation and surroundings.
How a shoot works
- 1
Request and airspace check
Send the address, the property type and your preferred date. The flight zone is checked for a nearby heliport, school or military area. A free quote reaches you within 24 hours.
- 2
Authorisation and weather slot
In controlled airspace, the Skeyes request is filed on your behalf. The slot is set for good light, often late in the day, when long shadows give the land depth.
- 3
Capture on site
We record the wide views, the roof-level angles and the frames that place the property in its neighbourhood. A flyover video or FPV walkthrough is added when booked. Nothing needs tidying indoors, except for an FPV walkthrough.
- 4
Photo handover and post-production
Photos are handed over on site. The video is then edited, colour graded and sent by secure link. Recognisable neighbouring houses are blurred on request.
What this changes for youAuthorisation and the weather slot are settled before the day of the shoot. On site, only the capture remains.

Brussels
Coverage area: Brussels and the whole of Belgium
We work across all 19 Brussels municipalities, Walloon and Flemish Brabant, Wallonia and Flanders. The rest of Europe is covered on request. Beyond 50 km from Brussels, travel costs are stated in the quote. Brussels is almost entirely controlled airspace, so Skeyes authorisation is handled for you. A hobby drone therefore cannot legally film your property in most Brussels neighbourhoods. Flights are carried out by a DGTA-certified remote pilot (EASA framework) with €1.6M professional liability cover.
FAQ
Questions sellers ask
Do I need my neighbours' permission to film my house with a drone?
No, framing stays on your property and its land, away from neighbouring windows and gardens. A recognisable house next door is blurred on request.
How long until I receive the photos?
Photos are handed over on site, on the day of the shoot. An edited video arrives within 3 to 5 working days.
How much does aerial property photography cost?
It depends on the property and the chosen format: photos only, video, or both. Send the address and a free quote reaches you within 24 hours.
What happens if it rains on the day?
If weather conditions are unfit to fly, the shoot is rescheduled at no charge. Rain or strong wind would mean poor images and an unsafe flight.
